Kolin Chahorski hit a two-run double in the seventh to drive home Jaegar Beattie and give the Eagles the win.

Chahorski had two hits on the day while Beattie added a double. Nate Wahr picked up the win on the mound and added two base hits at the plate.

Mitchell Lange led the Spartans with two RBIs while Spencer Knizacky scored two runs.

RAVENNA 18-6, HART 4-2: The Ravenna baseball team improved to 4-0 overall and in the West Michigan Conference after its doubleheader sweep of Hart. Austin Sied was the star of Game 1 for the Bulldogs. He got the win on the mound, striking out nine in 3 2/3 innings while not allowing a hit. He also racked up three hits and four RBIs at the plate. Ravenna got another strong pitching performance in Game 2 from Nick Castenholz, who threw a complete game, striking out 13 and allowing just one hit.

COOPERSVILLE 4-5, REETHS-PUFFER 2-7: The Reeths-Puffer and Coopersville baseball teams split a doubleheader. In Game 1, Jacob Petrick pitched a complete game for the Rockets, but took the loss. Mike Luker led the Reeths-Puffer offense with two hits. The bats came alive for Reeths-Puffer in Gane 2 when Tyler Moss and Alex Vanderwal had three hits each. Brody Vanderlinde got the win on the mound for the Rockets.
