The Western Michigan Christian girls soccer team played tough against Lansing Christian, one of the state’s top-ranked teams, but ended up dropping a 4-0 decision on Friday.

The Warriors dropped to 4-4-2 on the season.

There was no score at halftime, but Lansing Christian scored four times in the second half.

“We showed we can play at this level, but we have to grow from these mistakes and the game showed us our weaknesses,” said WMC Coach David Hulings.
