The Mona Shores volleyball team finished fourth in Tuesday’s Grand Haven Invitational.
The Sailors defeated Lapeer and Portage Northern in pool play, then lost to Grand Haven (17-15, 22-25) and Mattawan.
Mona Shores then lost to East Grand Rapids 26-22, 27-29, 13-15 in the semifinals.
Grace Hellman led the Sailors with 26 kills while Courtney Dunn added 22 and Ryleigh Wehler had 18. Sasha Poland and Haley Gartland each had six aces, Gartland had 47 digs and Maddison Dunn registered eight blocks.
