Grand Haven defeated Caledonia (25-22, 25-20), Hamilton (25-18, 25-19) and Western Michigan Christian (25-11, 25-11).

Kennedi Bernia had a nice evening for Grand Haven with a team-high seven aces, as well as 11 digs.

Setter Katie Cole totaled 78 assists and a team-best 16 digs. She spread the wealth around well to the Bucs’ cast of hitters, as they had five players with nine or more kills. Olivia Boeve led the way with 15, while Morgan Ross and Claire Holman added 14 apiece.

An injury-depleted WMC squad was dealt three losses on the night, as the Warriors also fell to Caledonia (25-16, 25-19) and Hamilton (25-18, 25-18).

The Warriors are 9-11-1 overall this season.

Cassie Kingma had 14 kills to pace the Warriors, while Jesse Eekhoff added 10. Setter Ashley Sandin had 35 assists, eight service points, two aces and 12 digs.

Haylee Moser was tops in digs with 17.
