The team went 4-0, defeating Kelloggsville, Martin and Saugatuck in preliminary rounds, then beating Hastings two sets to one in the finals.

Kassidy Heeringa logged 28 kills, 24 assists and 12 aces in the tournament.  Kelsey Krueger chipped in 38 digs and Blaire Mortensen had 13 aces and 51 assists.

Kent City’s record on the season is 21-3-1, with a conference record of 5-0. The Eagles will play Holton on Wednesday.
