Mona Shores Mieke Hart was a medalist at this week’s Michigan State University Cross Country Invitational.
Hart finished 20th overall in the race with a time of 19:56, which was her season best so far. She was the first Sailor runner to earn a medal at the meet in three years.
The Mona Shores girls team finished 14th in the team competition out of a field of 40 teams.
