Jordan Walker had 23 points, eight rebounds and eight steals in Mona Shores’ 53-46 victory over Jenison in O-K Black Conference girls basketball on Tuesday.

The Sailors went up by 15 points in the second quarter before Jenison trimmed the score to 29-21 at halftime.

Mona Shores clung to a 39-34 victory after three quarters and held on the rest of the way.

Alyza Winston had 17 points for the Sailors, who improved to 7-2 overall and 2-0 in the conference.

REETHS-PUFFER 54, KENOWA HILLS 24 – The Rockets cruised to a 30-point win over Kenowa Hills in an O-K Black Conference game.  Delaney Bolles led Reeths-Puffer with 16 points and 12 rebounds while Elysia Mattos and Brooke Larabee added seven and four assists, respectively.

MUSKEGON 51, FRUITPORT 28 – Muskegon led 27-11 at halftime and marched to the O-K Black Conference victory. Diynasti Dowell had 18 points and 5 rebounds for the Big Reds, who improved to 4-4 on the season. Iyana Brown had 14 points, nine rebounds and four blocks for Fruitport.

GRAND RAPIDS CATHOLIC 55, SPRING LAKE 38 – The Lakers (2-4) got off to a fast start against GRCC (7-1), but faded in the second half. Spring Lake led 10-7 after one quarter and went into halftime tied at 19-19, before GRCC outscored the Lakers 34-19 in the second half. Reiko Johnson had a game-high 20 points for Spring Lake.

WEST MICHIGAN CONFERENCE

OAKRIDGE 44, RAVENNA 16 – The Eagles outscored Ravenna 15-1 during the third quarter to pull away. Hannah Reinhold led Oakridge with 25 points, eight rebounds and four assists while Aaliyah Cooper added six rebounds and five steals. The Bulldogs were paced by Alyssa Theile with six points.
