The Oakridge boys basketball squad fought back from an early deficit to rally and beat Ravenna 73-60 in West Michigan Conference play on Tuesday night.

The Eagles were down 36-28 at the half, but tied the game 46-46 at the end of the third.

Oakridge went on a 27-14 fourth-quarter run to seal the victory.

TJ Ruel posted a double-double for the Eagles with 19 points and 10 rebounds while Garrison Curry added 15 points and eight rebounds. Brady Luttrull chipped in with 12 points for Oakridge.

The Bulldogs were led by Anthony Arbogast with a team-high 21 points while Trevor Haven chipped in 16.

MASON COUNTY CENTRAL 45, SHELBY 43 – MCC used a big first half to pull out a slim two-point win on Tuesday. The Spartans outscored Shelby by a 33-18 margin during the first half. The Tigers were led by Spencer Brown with 17 points.

WHITEHALL 52, HART 25 – Lucas Schumm matched Hart’s 25 points on his own in conference action. The league-leading Vikings (7-1, 6-0) only led by three points after one quarter, but outscored the Pirates 21-8 in the second. Hart dropped to 4-6 overall and 2-4 in the conference.
