The Ravenna girls soccer team defeated Shelby 3-2 in a West Michigan Conference game on Tuesday.

The Bulldogs, who improved to 3-2-1 on the season and 1-2-1 in league play, trailed 1-0 at halftime.

Hayley Dekker scored the game-winning goal with 5:19 left in regulation.

Ravenna was paced by Izzy Hammond with a goal and two assists while Maddie Abbott added a goal.

Kaylea Young stopped seven Shelby shots to record the win in net for the Bulldogs
