The Montague softball team swept its doubleheader with Ludington on Monday, winning 8-3 and 14-4.

In Game 1, Courteney Lohman picked up the win, giving up only two hits while striking out 11 batters. Lohman also knocked in three runs while going 2-for-4 at the plate.

Hannah Smith and Sydney Stine each went 3-for-5 with three runs scored for Montague.

In Game 2, Alayna Merten had two doubles and an RBI while also picking up the win on the mound for the Wildcats. Hannah Smith led the offense, going 5-for-5 with three runs scored while Stine and Kat Moreau each went 3-for-4. Moreau also knocked in two runs.
