Muskegon Catholic Central baseball used a 4-run first inning to pull away from Montague Thursday, 6-3 in non-conference action.

Mason Convertini led the Crusaders on offense with two hits and a RBI and Avery Davis added a 2-run double.

Duy Nguyen pitched a complete game for MCC, giving up only five hits.

Montague was led by Nick Stever with two hits.
