The Reeths-Puffer softball team split a pair of non-league games with Zeeland East on Tuesday.
The Rockets won the opener 13-11. Abigayle Mitchelson collected five hits in five at bats for the Rockets. Jayla Olson, Brooklynn Duffey, Avery Sheffer and Makenna Johnson each collected multiple hits.
Tori Krukowski gutted out a complete-game win on the mound.for Reeths-Puffer.
The Rockets fell in the second game, 10-7. Johnson and Sheffer each had three hits in the loss.
