The Whitehall softball team swept Ludington in a non-league doubleheader Thursday night. 
Whitehall took the opener 14-1 and the second game 17-1 to improve to 9-5 on the season.
Ella Lyvere pitched both games for the Vikings and struck out a combined 13 batters. Katelyn Goodrich had five hits on the day, while Abby Seger had four. Bailey Spicklemire and Jessica Uganski each chipped in three hits.
Olivia VerStrat had two hits on the day for the Orioles.
