Allie Tenhove tosses no-hitter, Orchard View sweeps WMCC in Lakes 8 softball on Friday

Allie Tenhove’s no-hitter led the Orchard View softball team to a sweep of West Michigan Christian/Muskegon Catholic Central in Lakes 8 play on Friday night.

The Cardinals took Game 1 by a score of 13-0, then won the nightcap by a 19-4 margin.

Tenhove tossed a no-hitter in Game 1 while Halee Holman led the Orchard View offense with two hits and three RBIs.

Holman picked the win in Game 2 on the mound and led the offense with two hits, two runs scored and three RBIs. Jaelyn Eggerson and Hunter Keller also added two hits each.

Hannah Nestell led WMCC with two RBIs in Game 2.
