The Spring Lake girls soccer squad blanked Grand Rapids West Catholic 8-0 on Monday night.

The Lakers were led by Laney Peasley with four goals and an assist while Emily Batts added a goal and three assists.

Sarah Thornley and Becca Rush each chipped in with a goal and two assists for Spring Lake and Madeline Zenas contributed with a goal.

Spring Lake’s goalkeeper Gracie VanLangvelde picked up the shutout win in net.
