The Mona Shores and Reeths-Puffer baseball squads split a doubleheader on Tuesday in O-K Black Conference action.

The Rockets won the opener 6-3, then fell to the Sailors 3-2 in the nightcap.

Reeths-Puffer was led offensively in Game 1 by Josh Pollock and Jaeger Larson while pitcher Noel Sheffer tossed the victory.

The Sailors were paced by Austin Flowers and Caden Anderson with a hit, walk and run scored.

Alec McNarland pitched the win for Mona Shores in Game 2, tossing the final 4 2/3 innings.

Flowers propelled the Sailors offense with a double and two walks.

Mona Shores is now 18-9 on the season and 7-4 in league play while the Rockets are now 7-15 on the year and 4-7 in conference action.
