Western Michigan Christian ended its contest early in the second half against Manistee on Wednesday, thanks to a 9-1 mercy-shortened victory.

Emily Rosema and Chloe Mitchell each tallied a hat trick with three goals apiece, while Lauren Myers, Morgan Kinnucan and Cassie Kingma scored a goal apiece.

The Warriors had a 7-1 lead at the half, with assists credited to Anna Sytsema, Emily Rosema, Kinnucan and two from Myers.  

Rosema fired in her third goal 8 minutes into the second half, and just 2 minutes later, Mitchell ended the game with her third goal.

Head coach David Hulings credited Myers and Maria Michael for their strong play in the middle and feeding solid passes to teammates on attacking runs.
