The West Michigan Whitecaps lost 10-4 at Lansing on Tuesday to open up a three game series with the Lugnuts.

Starting pitcher Eudis Idrogo lasted only 2 2/3 innings, surrendering six runs on nine hits. With the loss, Idrogo drops to 3-4 on the season.

Offensively, West Michigan was limited to six hits with Cole Bauml, Danny Pinero, Anthony Pereira, Jose Quero, Chad Sedio, and Sam Machonis all finishing with one hit.

West Michigan is now 54-26 on the year and 9-4 in the second half.

The Whitecaps will once again take on Lansing Wednesday night with first pitch scheduled for 7:05 p.m in Lansing.
