Jayhawks volleyball team cruises past Kalamazoo Valley in a three-set sweep

The Muskegon Community College volleyball squad cruised to a three-set sweep over Kalamazoo Valley Community College on Thursday night.

The Jayhawks won their set scores by 25-18, 25-17 and 25-18 margins.

Robbie Berg paced MCC with 13 kills and four aces and Sammi Hockstra added 11 digs.

The Jayhawks were also led by Isabelle Brown with 18 assists while Alexis Issette and Katie Veihl chipped in with seven kills apiece.

MCC will travel to Toledo, Ohio this weekend to compete in the Owens Invitational.
