The Muskegon Community College volleyball team claimed a big five-set victory
over rival Lansing Community College on Tuesday.
Set scores were 21-25, 25-22, 26-24, 23-25, 15-12.
Robbie Berg led the MCC attack with 20 kills while Katie Veihl had 35 assists. Defensively, Sammi Hockstra recorded 18 digs ad Raelyn Sells had six blocks.
The Jayhawks are now 3-3 overall and 2-0 in conference play. They will resume play on Thursday at home against Kalamazoo Valley.
