After a scoreless first quarter, Grandville scored four times in the second quarter and rolled past Grand Haven, 41-7, in O-K Red Conference action on Friday.

The Bulldogs scored on runs of 1, 8, 8 and 2 yards in the second quarter and eventually built a 41-0 lead late into the game.

The Bucs, now 0-3 on the season, were done in by four turnovers – two fumbles and two interceptions – while Grandville only lost one fumble.

Grand Haven scored its only touchdown late in the game on a 33-yard  pass from Collin Takas to Tristan Winkleman

Grandville finished with a 371-224 advantage in total offense, including a 324-165 edge on the ground.

Charlie Young led Grand Haven with 61 yards rushing.
