The Fruitport boys soccer team captured an O-K Black Conference title on Thursday after defeating Muskegon 8-0 in a league contest.

The Trojans were paced by Zack Shane with four goals and two assists while Ryan Bytwerk added two goals.

Logan Fielding chipped in with a goal and three assists for Fruitport and Nate Curtis notched his first career varsity goal.

Fruitport’s goalkeepers Connor Hines and Will Braun shared time in net in a shutout effort.

The Trojans will open districts on Tuesday against Sparta at 6 p.m.
