The Orchard View boys soccer team forced a first half mercy rule against Kent City with a score of 10-0 in the quarterfinals of the Division 3 district tournament Tuesday evening.
Maverick Carlisle led Orchard View with a team-high two goals in the blowout victory and 
eight other players scored goals of their own.
Kalin Wade, Riley Tuttle, Ossi Taipale, Conor Irving, Roger Mckenzie, Logan Woods, Zack Burnham and Devante Glover each tallied a single goal for OV.
Kailin Wade led Orchard View in assists with two while Evan McMiller, Roger McKenzie, Cantu and Riley Tuttle each contributed with one of their own.
The Cardinals will play Hudsonville Unity Christian on Thursday in a district semifinal game.
