Fruitport Calvary girls basketball team uses strong first half to power past Pentwater

A 32-14 halftime advantage helped the Fruitport Calvary Christian girls basketball team cruise to a 60-42 victory over Pentwater on Monday night.

Kelsey Richards led the Eagles with 29 points while Lizzie Cammenga added 14 points and five steals. Also in double digits for Fruitport Calvary was Emily Wesner with 11 points.  Brionna Johnson added 13 rebounds and five steals while Kristina Warren had seven assists for the Eagles.

Pentwater was led by Julia Hall with 12 points while Terra Cluchey added 10.

Both Pentwater and Fruitport Calvary are now 2-2 overall on the season.
