The Grand Haven boys basketball squad held on to defeat Hudsonville 61-56 on Tuesday night in an OK Red Conference game.

The Bucs led 30-25 at halftime, then saw their lead shrink to 46-43 after three quarters.

Grand Haven pulled away in the fourth with a 15-13 advantage during the final stanza.

Kellen Bridgeforth carried the Bucs (8-2, 2-1) with 17 points while Bryce Taylor chipped in with 12.

SPRING LAKE 52, COOPERSVILLE 43 – A dominated fourth quarter performance led Spring Lake to an O-K Blue win on Tuesday. The Lakers (8-2, 3-1) outscored the Broncos 22-11 to erase a two-point deficit entering the final stanza. Spring Lake made 10 of its 12 shots from the foul line in the fourth, and 17 of 21 overall.  Sam Johnson led the way for the Lakers with a double-double of 17 points and 10 rebounds. Jack VanWingen added 12 points and Cayden Ball scored nine.

WESTERN MICHIGAN CHRISTIAN 57, HESPERIA 30- The Warriors led 17-7 after the first quarter, 30-13 at halftime and 45-20 going into the fourth. Tyler VanBeek paced the Warriors with 18 points while Brant Zeerip added 13.

FREMONT 55, GRANT 50- The Packers survived a cold shooting night with great defense as Riley Krim had six steals to lead Fremont the victory. With Grant leading by five in the fourth quarter, Krim lead the charge back with two steals leading to a layup and a dunk which also added to his 14 points in the frame. Krim paced the Packers (6-2, 5-1) with 22 points along with his six steals while Logan Karnemaat added a double-double of 14 points and 10 rebounds to go along with five blocks.

KENT CITY 48, COMSTOCK PARK 42 – The Eagles (9-0) remained unbeaten despite a slow offensive night. Kent City (9-0) shot just 9-for-22 from the foul line. The Eagles led 31-20 at halftime and 35-30 entering the fourth frame. Fraser Wilson led the Eagles with 19 points while Eli Carlson chipped in 17.
