A last second shot fell short on Thursday as the Muskegon Community College mens basketball team fell just short, 102-100 to number four Ancilla College.
Sergio Diaz led the Jayhawks with 21 points while Daryl Kirkland II and Dequaveon Stuckey each chipped in 19 points. Dylan Mulder scored 18 points for Muskegon off the bench while Josh Smith had a double-double with 13 points and 13 rebounds.
Muskegon is now 4-8 overall and 1-1 in conference play.
