The Whitehall girls basketball team captured its fifth victory of the season with a 69-37 victory over Holton on Tuesday in non-league action.

The Vikings took control by outscoring the Red Devils 28-14 in the first quarter and 21-3 in the second.

Kacy Jeffries had a great shooting night for Whitehall, scoring all of her team-leading 15 points with five 3-pointers. Katelyn Goodrich added 13 points and seven assists, Bailee Spicklemire added 11 points and six assists, while Greta Hosticka and Karliegh Jeffries scored nine points apiece.

Whitehall, now 5-2 on the season, will host rival Montague in a West Michigan Conference game on Thursday.
