The Holton wrestling team finished sixth Wednesday evening at the Red Devils Duals with a 2-3 record.
Holton defeated Grand Rapids West Catholic 42-33, and Newaygo 42-24 before losing to St. Rita of Illinois 69-6, Mason County Central 37-30, and Chippewa Hills 60-18.
Christian Brooks finished 5-0 on the evening for the Red Devils while Cody Moreen and Graham Resterhouse each finished 3-0.
Muskegon Catholic falls to Grand Rapids Union, but defeats Kenowa Hills – Muskegon Catholic started Wednesday night with a 48-33 loss to Union before defeating Kenowa Hills 39-36.
Glen Kuharevicz, Aiden Cook, Jared Bengston and Frank Bartolameolli all were 2-0 on the evening for the Crusaders while Owen Linstrom went 1-1 on the day to help his team.
Spring Lake drops two tough matches – Spring Lake went 0-2 at Coopersville on Wednesday, losing 47-30 to Coopersville and 57-21 to Belding.
