The Mona Shores hockey team looked like they might challenge visiting Grand Rapids Christian on Wednesday, but the outcome showed a lot different with a 10-5 Sailor loss at the Lakeshore Sports Center in Muskegon. 
The Sailors opened by falling behind 2-0 in the first period but managed to tie the score 3-3 midway through the second period. But Grand Rapids answered with three straight goals in the second and four more unanswered goals in the third period, slamming the door on the Sailors.
Five different players scored for Mona Shores. Spencer Anderson, Dylan Dieselberg and Jager Kelly each had a goal and an assist for the Sailors.
Erick Hannah and Caleb Boes both found the back of the net while Connor Winegar, Noah Bathrick, Ryan Wolf and Dylan Fitzgerald all had assists.
