The Grand Haven girls basketball squad cruised past Grandville 47-33 on Tuesday in an O-K Red league game.

The Bucs trailed 13-12 after the first quarter, but were able to grab the lead in the second with a 23-18 at halftime advantage.

Grand Haven came out hot during the third quarter, outscoring the Bulldogs 18-2 to take a 41-20 lead into the fourth quarter.

Alli Keyser led the Bucs (13-6, 7-4) with 14 points and five assists while Kelly Olthof added 12 points and seven rebounds.

REETHS-PUFFER 61, FRUITPORT 38- Lauren Ross scored 29 points and grabbed 11 rebounds to lead the Rockets to a win on Tuesday night. Reeths-Puffer led 28-6 after the first quarter and tacked onto the advantage in the second quarter, leading 36-10 at halftime. Coming out of the half, the Trojans looked energized as they outscored the Rockets by 10 to cut the lead to 45-27 heading into the fourth quarter. Bridget McHugh added eight points for the Rockets. Kenna VerMerris led the Trojans in scoring with 12 points.

SPRING LAKE 58, GR WEST CATHOLIC 39 – The Lakers jumped out to a 25-12 advantage after the first quarter, led 39-27 at halftime and had a 46-28 lead heading into the fourth quarter. Jenna Core paced Spring Lake with 15 points and 11 rebounds while Madeline Zenas added 14 points and grabbed 15 rebounds. The Lakers dished out 22 assists and grabbed 37 rebounds throughout the game.

MONA SHORES 54, GRAND RAPIDS UNION 35- Nia Miskel had a huge double-double with 26 points and 20 rebounds to lead the Sailors (9-10, 7-4) to a victory Tuesday night. Mona Shores led 12-4 after the first quarter and 26-20 at halftime. The Sailors increased their lead in the third stanza to 37-29 heading into the fourth. Mona Shores outscored the Redhawks 17-6 in the fourth quarter to seal the victory. Julia Tierman added 10 points and eight assists for the Sailors.
