The Holton softball squad cruised past Fremont in doubleheader action on Wednesday.

The Red Devils won the opening game by a 13-3 margin, then blanked the Packers 10-0 in the nightcap.

In Game 1, Holton was led by Kaylie Piper and Kylie Gould with a home run and five RBIs each, while Dani Tanner and Haylee Brant added two hits apiece. Brant also picked up the win on the mound.

In Game 2, the Red Devils were paced by Gould with three doubles while Morgan Murat chipped in with a three-run home run.

Holton is now 2-0 on the season.
