The Muskegon Community College men’s baseball team swept Lake Michigan College in a double header on Friday, March 23. 
MCC pitcher Cade Cintorino stuck out 10 and scattered eight hits as the Jayhawks won 2-1 in the opener.
Pitcher Jonas Smith led MCC to a 8-1 win in Game 2. The Jenison grad struck out eight batters while giving up five hits and one walk.
Jake Hansen led at the plate for the Jayhawks with three hits while Mitchell Wilson had five RBI. Brett Veltema posted a pair of hits for the MCC who is now 7-6 over all and 3-1 in conference action.
