Ellie Fisher exploded for four goals to lead the Fruitport girls’ soccer team to a 7-2 victory over Kenowa Hills in O-K Black Conference action on Friday.

Isabelle Raven added two goals for the Trojans while Lauren Peterson had one.

Fisher, Raven, Peterson and Jaydie Hanks all had assists for the Trojans. Madalyn Felt got the win in goal.

Fruitport is now 4-3-1 overall and 3-1-1 in conference play.

O-K BLUE

SPRING LAKE 5, COOPERSVILLE 0 – Laney Peasley scored three goals to lead the Lakers to their third straight conference win.

Taylor Colquitt added two goals for  Spring Lake. Emily Batts and Phoebe Saunders each had two assists while Madeline Zenas had one.

Goalkeeper Kamryn Lewkowski got the shutout while midfielder Kate Gilchrist stood out on defense.

NON-LEAGUE

FRUITPORT CALVARY CHRISTIAN 3, COMSTOCK PARK 1 – Despite trailing 1-0 early, the Eagles fought back for the victory.

Forwards Bree Johnson and Emily Wesner sparked the offensive attack for the Eagles. Wesner scored first after taking a pass from Johnson, and the game was tied going into halftime. In the second half, Johnson scored with an assist from Wesner, then added another goal to sew up the win.

Goalkeeper Reagan Payton got the win in net, stopping eight shots.

FREMONT 4, SHELBY 0 – Bre Harris had a hat trick to lead Fremont to the victory.

Harris started the scoring with an assist from Taylor Crowley just a minute into the game.  Harris added another fgoal with an assist by Natalie Jamieson with twenty minutes to play in the first half.  Holly Kortege added a goal about 10 minutes later and the Packers led 3-0 at halftime.

Harris scored her third goal in the second half, with another assist from Jamieson.

Fremont outshot Shelby 10-2. Goalkeeper Taylor Mulder recorded the shutout. Fremont improved to 4-3 on the season.
