The bats were rolling for WMCC on Wednesday as they scored a staggering 41 runs in just six innings of play against Muskegon. WMCC won the opener 18-1 and the Night Cap 23-4. 

Hannah Pell led the way in the opener with three hits and three RBI. Rebecca Ter Harr drove in three runs and Catherine Bradford-Royle drove in two. Mario Sanocki picked up the win with four strikeouts and smacked two hits.

Sanocki collected three more hits and four RBI in the nightcap. Ter Harr totaled three hits and two RBI. Pell and Abby Sweetman each had two hits. Sweetman got the win on the mound, the first of her varsity career.

WEST MICHIGAN D

PENTWATER 3-3, MESICK 13-13 – The Falcons dropped a pair of non-conference games on Wednesday. Pentwater is now 3-10 (3-5) on the season.
Makayla Cornelisse, MiKaylyn Kenney and Cienna Ruggles each had two hits in the first game.
Cornelisse added two more hits in the nightcap. Bailee Hasil smacked a double while Kenney picked up another single.

ORCHARD VIEW 15-16, LUDINGTON 0-4 – The Cardinals overpowered Ludington in a twin bill on Tuesday. The Orioles are now 2-17 on the season.
Ludington didn’t have a hit in the first game.
Bailee Wysong had two hits and an RBI in the nightcap. Karlee Plamondon drove in a pair of runs and Katlyn Knudsen had a double.
