The Western Michigan Christian boys soccer squad’s strong second half led to a 5-0 non-league win over Covenant Christian on Tuesday night.

Hayden Hubers, Isaac VanHoeven, Andrew Rasmussen, Michael Masumpa and Caleb Minasian each notched a goal for WMC

Isaiah Barco-Morales, Brandon Fles and Logan Pollack each added an assist for the Warriors, who improved to 15-1-3 on the season.

LUDINGTON 4, MANISTEE 1 – Brayden Porter paced the Orioles with two goals while Sam Bandstra and Nathan Palmer each added one.

John Biggs chipped in with two assists for Ludington and both Isaiah Lynn and Will Flewelling contributed with an assist each.

Ludington’s goalkeeper Maxime Greiner stopped two of three shots against the Chippewas.

The Orioles are now 14-4-2 on the season and 4-2-1 in Lakes 8 play.

O-K Black Conference

JENISON 3, MONA SHORES 0- The Sailors lost on the road in O-K Black Conference action on Tuesday.

Mona Shores, which originally was slated as the home team until bad field conditions forced a venue change, is now 8-4-3 on the season and 7-3-2 in conference play.

FRUITPORT 3, MUSKEGON 1- The Trojans were led by Cam Schultz, Nate Curtis and Kaleb Kreuger with a goal each, while Logan Manciu and Cody Mayette chipped in with an assist.

Fruitport’s goalkeeper Will Braun stopped three shots faced in net for the Trojans.

REETHS-PUFFER 4, KENOWA HILLS 0- The Rockets won an O-K Black Conference game on Tuesday on senior night.

Andrew Strock paced Reeths-Puffer with two goals while Jaxon Carpenter and DaMario Chapman added a goal each.

Jacob Farrell stopped eight shots in goal for the Rockets.

Reeths-Puffer is now 4-9-3 overall and 2-6-2 in league play on the season.

Alliance League

FRUITPORT CAVARY 3, LIBERTAS 0 – The Eagles were led by Zach Zehr and Luke Anhalt with a goal and an assist while freshman Garrett Tyler added a goal.

FCC goalkeeper Jake McFarren preserved the shutout in his last home game.

The Eagles are now 12-3-1 on the season.

O-K Blue Conference

SPRING LAKE 1, GR CATHOLIC CENTRAL 1 – Eli Denslow scored the lone goal for the Lakers in an O-K Blue Conference tie.
