The Mona Shores boys soccer team closed out the regular season with a 2-1 win over Western Michigan Christian on Thursday in non-league play.

Mona Shores led 2-0 at halftime on goals from George Deveau and Clark Meston.

Camden Deruiter and Hayden Yaros each added an assist for the Sailors.

The lone WMC goal was scored by Brandon Fles with five minutes left in regulation.

The Warriors are now 15-2-3 on the season.

LUDINGTON 2, FREMONT 2 – The Orioles were led by Isaiah Lynn with a goal and an assist while Noah Peterson added a goal.

John Biggs chipped in with an assist for Ludington.

The Orioles are now 14-4-3 on the season.

FRUITPORT 1, KENOWA HILLS 1 – The Trojans closed out the regular season with a tie in O-K Black Conference competition.

Cam Schultz scored Fruitport’s lone goal that was assisted by Kaleb Krueger.

SPRING LAKE 0, ALLENDALE 0 -The Spring Lake boys soccer team finished in a tie in O-K Blue Conference play.

The Lakers finished in second place in the league and will open district play at home on Monday against Fruitport.

JENISON 4, REETHS-PUFFER 1 – The Rockets allowed three unanswered goals in an O-K Black Conference defeat on Thursday.

Klay Grant scored the lone goal for Reeths-Puffer, which was outshot by a 9-2 margin.

The Rockets, who will host Fremont in the opening round of districts, are now 5-11-3 on the season and 3-7-2 in league play.
