Hart boys and girls cross country teams each take first place at Allendale Invitational

The Hart girls and boys cross country teams each took first place on Saturday at the Allendale Invitational.

The girls team finished with a total of 34 points while the boys finished with a total of 90.

Leading the Pirate girls team was Adelyn Ackley who finished second overall with a time of 17:14 while Savannah Ackley was third with a time of 18:39. Lynae Ackley finished with a time of 18:52 which was good for sixth overall while MacKenzie Stitt was tenth overall with a time of 19:07.

Rounding out the Hart girls team was Audry Enns (19:31), Brenna Aerts (19:54) and Lauren Vanderlaan (20:06).

For the boys, Hart was led by Alex Enns who finished sixth overall with a time of 16:29 while Andrew Whitney finished with a time of 16:47. Rounding out the rest of the Hart boys team was Hunter Tubbs (17:02), Will Schlaack (17:18), Michael Tubbs (17:23), Spencer VanderZwaag (17:34) and Zach Bitley (18:00).
