Boys weekend basketball roundup: Spring Lake and Muskegon each win big

The Spring Lake boys basketball team used a 39-19 second half advantage to defeat Western Michigan Christian 60-34 on Saturday.
Cayden Bell led Spring Lake (4-8) with 12 points while Lucas Lyyski added 11 points, 12 rebounds, six assists and five blocks. Kyle Wiersma had 10 points for the Lakers.
MUSKEGON 78, OAK PARK 37 – The Muskegon boys basketball team used a 43-20 second half advantage on Saturday to defeat Oak Park 78-37 on Saturday.
Vern Nash led the Big Reds with 15 points while De’Airrus Ware added 13 points and 12 rebounds.
De’Andre Carter and Cameron Martinez each had 12 points for Muskegon.
