Mona Shores cross country teams finish second at Cardinal Invitational

Mona Shores’ boys and girls had performances Monday at the Cardinal Invitational at Orchard View High School.

The Sailor boys finished one point behind meet champion Sparta. Top finishers for Shores were Jake Baker (2nd), Ben Cyr (7th), Pat Taylor (8th), Adam Pawlowski (17th), Michael Gale-Butto (23rd), Neil Olson (28th), and Alex Brower (30th).

The girls finished 12 points behind Sparta.

Runners for Mona Shores included  Serena Gale-Butto (2nd), Megan Huettner (7th), Sam Morse (11th), Rachel Resterhouse (13th), Emma Milek (14th), and Danielle Pauwels (23rd).
