Caledonia quarterback Ryan Zoet scored on a 4-yard run then ran in the 2-point conversion in the game’s final minute to provide the visitors with a 22-19 victory over Mona Shores.

The outcome spoiled a strong game by Sailor quarterback Tyree Jackson, who completed 11-of-15 passes for 165 yards and three touchdowns.

Both scores went to Asantay Brown, who scored on passes of 22 and 25 yards. Logan Smith also caught a TD pass of 25 yards from Jackson.

Shores had a 19-14 fourth-quarter lead until the final minute.

Darnell Longmire led Shores with 13 carries for 45 yards. Brown had three catches for 93 yards.

Deontae Moffett and David Bloom were the defensive leaders with eight tackles each.

Shores (2-1) will travel to Grand Haven next week. Caledonia improved its record to 3-0.
