Mona Shores improved to 4-1-1 after the 1-0 victory over the Fruitport Trojans (4-3-2).Carlson scored after making several strong moves that put him in alone on Trojan goalkeeper Loghan Strong. Nate Majeski was credited with an assist on the goal.

Mona Shores had a 10-3 advantage in shots. Stong had nine saves while Sailor goalkeeper Joey Wolffis had three saves and earned the shutout.
