Grant advances to play Tri-County after a 4-2 victory over LeRoy Pine River Monday afternoon in the Division 3 boys soccer district opener in Pine River.
Grant picked up single goals from Alex Barajas and Juan Espinoza, while teammate Adan Ochoa netted two scores in the victory.
Espinoza also had an assist for the Tigers, as did Charlos Rangel, with Barajas adding two assists.
Keeper Cody Swanson finished with 10 saves for Grant.
Tri-County defeated Newaygo 5-3 in its district opener and will face the Tigers 3 p.m. Wednesday at LeRoy Pine River.
The other side of the bracket will feature Comstock Park and Reed City at 5 p.m. Wednesday.
Comstock Park defeated Belding 1-0 in overtime and Reed City defeated Lakeview 1-0.
