Grand Haven saw a 7-3 second-quarter lead turn into a 17-7 halftime deficit as West Ottawa quarterback Trevor VanTubbergen tossed a pair of second-quarter touchdowns.
In the end, Grand Haven dropped a 37-13 decision to the Panthers.
The Panthers increased the lead to 30-7 early in the third quarter before Grand Haven’s Isaak Newhouse scored on an 8-yard run for the Bucs late in the third quarter.
