Muskegon Heights Academy finished off what many knew would be a season of transition with a 63-26 loss Friday night at the hands of Mt. Pleasant Sacred Heart .
The Heights rushed out to a 12-0 lead only to watch as Sacred Heart (8-1) rattled of 35 straight points.
The Heights, which was converted from a traditional school system into a charter school weeks before the start of the school year, finished 2012 with a 1-6 record.
