The Muskegon Heights Tigers were able to rack up 30 points on Saturday when they hosted Melvindale Academy.
Trouble was, the Tigers had trouble stopping the visitors, who wrapped up a playoff berth with a 47-30 victory in a game played at Phillips Field.
Muskegon Heights’ record dropped to 1-5 while Melvindale is 6-2.
The Tigers host Mount Pleasant Sacred Heart at 7 p.m. Friday to finish off the season.
