Whitehall scored four goals in each half on Monday and blanked Montague 8-0 in Division 3 boys soccer action.
That result sets up a battle of state-ranked teams on Wednesday. The Vikings will take on Orchard View in the semifinals at 4 p.m. at Montague. Orchard View defeated Mason County Central 8-0 in another first-round game.
On Monday, Chris Saunders and Windsor Marecek had three goals each to lead Whitehall. Nick Rands and Jake Crane scored one goal each.
