Playoff history: Qualified for the playoffs 12 straight seasons with state titles in 1986, 1989, 2004, 2006 and 2008.

Birmingham Brother Rice
Coach: Al Fracassa.
Playoff history: Fracassa’s teams have won seven state titles, including the 2011 Division 2 state champions.

Ithaca

Ithaca
Coach: Terry Hessbrook.
Playoff history: Ithaca is the two-time defending state champs with a 40-game winning streak. Qualified for the playoffs 17 times.

Constantine
Coach: Shawn Griffith.
Playoff history: Won state title in 2004. Qualified for the playoffs 14 straight seasons.

Grand Rapids South Christian (10-3) vs. Detroit Country Day (11-2), 7:30 p.m.

Grand Rapids South Christian
Coach: Mark Tamminga.
Playoff history: Won a state title in 2002 and finished runners-up three times, the most recent being 1999. Qualified for the playoffs 17 times.
