The Eagles trailed 12-9 after one quarter, but took a 25-17 halftime lead after outscoring the Tigers 16-5 in the second quarter.
Kent City outscored Grant 29-21 in the second half to pull away.
Brandi Boehm led the Eagles with 20 points and Aleah Holcomb scored 19.
