The Mona Shores Sailors hung on for dear life on Friday night and defeated U-D Jesuit 4-3 in high school hockey action.

Shores goaltender Nate Rabbitt stopped 29 of the 32 shots he faced as the Sailors won their fourth straight game.

Eric Kastelic scored an unassisted goal for Mona Shores in the first period. Power-play goals by Alec Sturr and Austin Swiatek accounted for second-period goals. Chandler Mancuso, Nathan O’Neil and Sturr assisted on those two goals.

O’Neil came back in the third period and scored what proved to be the game-winning goal. Brandon Cottrell drew the assist on that tally.
