Nick Brown was too much for Fremont in Grant’s 72-67 victory on Friday.
Brown led the Tigers with 24 points, six assists and five blocks.
Grant entered the second quarter with a 20-18 lead and took a 41-24 lead into halftime.
Mike Siegel tallied 23 points for Fremont, which scored 43 second-half points. Mike MacLean added 14 points and Dylan Krim threw in 13.
Justin Bull scored 14 points for Grant while Austin Jensen scored 13 points and had seven rebounds. Riley Foster added 12 points and Simon Carlson had six rebounds.
